Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

As Airtransferlines.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not satisfied with the airport transfer services, our refund policy is subject to the following conditions.

1.    Cancellation Policy:

a)   If you wish to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

b)   You can submit your cancellation requests by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling our customer service line.

 

2.    Return Procedures:

a)   Once cancellation requests have been reviewed, the refund process will be initiated.

b)   Refunds will be made to the debit/credit card from which the payment was made.

c)    The refund process can take 7-10 business days from the receipt of the cancellation request.

 

3.    Delayed Flight and Change Status:

a)   If delays or changes occur to your flight, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

b)   In case of cancellations due to delayed flights or changes, a new transfer arrangement will be made if possible.

c)    Otherwise, a refund will be initiated.

 

4.    Exceptions:

a)   For special occasions (emergencies, natural disaster, etc.) Our return policy may be flexible.

b)   In this case, please contact our customer service team.

 

5.    Communication:

a)   If you have any questions about the return process or the return policy, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling our customer service.

 

General Information About Returns, Cancellations and Changes:

1) If there are delays or changes in the customer's reservation, if the customer notifies us 24 hours before the start of the transfer service, the entire service fee paid will be processed as a refund to the debit/credit card used or a reservation change.

2) If there are delays or changes in the customer's reservation, if the customer notifies us at least 12 - 24 hours before the start of the transfer service, 75% of the service fee will be refunded to the debit/credit card he paid.

3) If there are delays or changes in the customer's reservation, if the customer notifies us at least 1 - 12 hours before the start of the transfer service, 50% of the service fee will be refunded to the debit/credit card he paid.

4) If the customer notifies us at least 1 hour before the start of the transfer service if there are delays or changes in the reservation, the entire service fee will be deducted and no payment/refund will be made.

5) However, for the next transfer reservation, a 15% discount will be applied with the reservation code of the reservation that was not used or canceled up to 1 hour before.
